Tankless Water Heaters

 In Propane, Water Heaters

At Bryan’s Fuel we offer both oil and propane fuelled water heaters! Not only that, but we offer them for sale or for rent.

We offer a variety of styles including tankless water heaters! Not sure about what this is?

Tankless water heaters deliver a constant supply of hot water without the use of a storage tank. Either a gas burner or electric element heat up cold water and therefore produce hot water. Here are some pros and cons of tankless water heaters:

Pros:
• Save space!
• Endless hot water
• More efficient with no standby heat loss
Cons:
• Initial higher costs
• Your hot water is split among all your household fixtures

Any other questions? Come in and we would be happy to help out!

Can a tankless water heater be vented into the furnace vent. What would be the average cost of having a tankless heater installed and would I be responsible for taking my rental unit back to the rental company or would they pick it up.
Thanking you in advance for your reply….. Ken

      Ken,
Typically you will have to run a new vent for a tankless water heater especially for a natural gas or propane model. The company you rent your current water heater will definitely be able to pick up your water heater as long as you are home (they typically give a 4 hour window).
