What You’ll Do – Role Responsibilities

Install gas or propane water heaters, air conditioners and heat pumps, duct work and hydronics for retrofits, new custom home construction and light commercial HVAC systems.
Retrofit gas and propane furnaces.
Install sheet metal to meet industry standards.
Track time and materials on a work order basis.
Collaborate with the Installation Operations Manager, Installation Supervisor, and technician peers on optimal installation techniques and troubleshooting solutions as required.
Work with a Lead Hand to ensure safe and proper operation of all installations.
Report to the Installation Operation Manager.

What You’ll Need – Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience working in the field
Must hold a current G3, G2, or G1 license
313D Residential Refrigeration Mechanic license is an asset
Oil Burner Mechanic Certification – Class 2 or Class 3 is an asset
Residential (Low Rise) Sheet Metal Worker 308R Journeyperson is an asset
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and follow building codes
Valid License
Safe driving record validated by a Driver’s Abstract that is valid within the past 30 days
Criminal search valid within the past 30 days
