Bryan’s Fuel is committed to a philosophy of openness and providing its customers with the right facts to make informed decisions with regard to storage containers, heating oil and motor fuel supply, equipment and services.

Customer Relationship

Bryan’s Fuel professionals will individually assess each customer’s needs and specifications prior to confirming the personalized customer agreement.

Bryan’s Fuel agrees to supply heating oil and motor fuels at the Petroleum Market Price at the time of each delivery. As a distributor, Bryan’s Fuel is committed to supplying heating oil and motor fuels competitively and to adjusting the customer’s price upwards or downwards and exactly in step with each fluctuation in Bryan’s Fuel wholesale cost.

Bryan’s Fuel reserves the right to choose the size and number of storage containers used at the customer’s premises. This will ensure efficient delivery and supply availability of heating oil and fuels to the customer. Bryan’s Fuel, as a low cost, high quality supplier, requires that customers pay all invoices promptly, within net 20 days of invoice date.

This Customer Agreement shall remain in force until either party gives the other 30 days notice (or longer if mutually agreed to) to terminate. Bryan’s Fuel will be the customer’s exclusive supplier while the agreement is in force.
