Inspections

Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) regulations require that the first fill of any furnace oil tank is dependent upon satisfactory inspection of appliances and heating oil supply system by the fuel distributor. In the case of HVAC installations by BRYAN’S FUEL the cost of this inspection is included in the installation price. A $80 fee will cover most inspections and both satisfy regulatory requirements and put the homeowner at ease that all systems are operating in a safe manner. Any deficiencies to code must be corrected before delivery is made and are not included in the inspection fee.
